Joseph is a seasoned leader with 38 years experience in corporate finance, structured finance, M&A, and healthcare. Currently the of Vice Chairman at Advica Health Inc., a company focused on providing expert medical and health navigation, and personalized healthcare solutions for companies, executives, families, and individuals. Before this he was the co-founder and CEO of Canada's first functional medicine and preventative medicine clinic which specialized in personalized preventative medicine, longevity, and focused precision healthcare.

In his previous life, he spent a decade advising CEOs of middle-market companies in Canada on M&A, strategy, and capital structure management. Before that he was the Managing Director for Global Fixed Income at a major Canadian investment dealer, where he structured several transformative transactions, including Canada's first auto, credit card, and lease receivable facilities. Joseph was also the Co-Founder, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded asset management firm.
