His career has taken him from boardrooms in Toronto to leadership sessions in Zurich—guiding top-tier organizations, boards, and C-suite teams through bold change across finance, tech, manufacturing, and more.

Michael’s foundation was built at Deloitte, where he played a central role in shaping the firm’s consulting practice. He led at the highest levels—including as Consulting Clients & Industries Leader for Canada, Canada/U.S. Collaboration Leader, and European Practice Director for People Competency. He also served on the boards of Deloitte Canada and Chile, and spent 17 years as part of the Canadian Consulting Executive. Transformation wasn’t just his job—it was his impact.
